Tiny pancakes topped with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Looks incredibly fancy, takes about 15 minutes. Perfect dinner party starter.
Warm the Ready made blinis in a dry frying pan over medium heat for about 1 minute per side until hot all the way through.
Spread a generous spoonful of Cream cheese onto each blini.
Drape a small piece of Smoked salmon over the cream cheese.
Squeeze a little Lemon juice over each one.
Add a few Capers on top.
Finish with a sprig of Fresh dill and a crack of Black pepper. Serve within 15 minutes while the blinis are still warm.
