What you need 🛒
Gin30 ml
Campari30 ml
Sweet vermouth30 ml
Orange peel1
Ice1 handful
How to make it 👨🍳

Fill a rocks glass with Ice.

Add the Gin, Campari, and Sweet vermouth directly to the glass.

Stir with a bar spoon for 20 seconds until the outside of the glass feels cold.

Hold the Orange peel skin-side down over the glass and pinch it firmly to express (spray) the citrus oils across the surface.

Run the peel around the rim, then drop it in.
