Salty rim. Sharp lime. Just the right amount of tequila. This is THE margarita and honestly it never misses.
Run the lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass or coupe, then press the rim into a small plate of Flaky sea salt — rotate to get an even coat all the way round.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the Blanco tequila, Cointreau or triple sec, and Fresh lime juice.
Shake hard for 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
Strain into the prepared glass — over fresh ice for a rocks glass, or straight up for a coupe.
Garnish with the lime wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
